The Family Place at West University Branch Library opened in September 2023 and has already been embraced by the West U community and beyond. It is a welcoming place for children and their caretakers that promotes learning, exploration, and development. It includes a dramatic play area, manipulatives, and a writing center. We also have a parenting collection full of educational resources for caretakers. Our workshops, Play, Learn and Grow, will launch in Spring 2024.
