Denton Public Library - North Branch

Our library now serves as a crucial support system for parents and caregivers, thanks to the connections made through our parent-child workshops. We are addressing the challenge of being in a child care desert by providing much-needed resources and a helping hand to guide families. The welcoming environment we've cultivated, complete with a baby garden and an expanded collection of parenting resources, reflects our dedication to nurturing early childhood development. Family Place training has given our staff the heart and the tools to effectively champion the importance of play and its role in helping little ones thrive.
