Grove Family Library - Franklin County Library System

Grove Family Library is a rural/suburban area library located between historic Chambersburg and Gettysburg, PA and is part of the Franklin County Library System. We provide a warm and welcoming place where children and their families can explore and learn safely. When not under Covid restrictions, families with young children come on a regular basis to experience infant/toddler lap time, preschool storytime, Block Party, Open (Art) Studio and the parent/child workshop. They come to play and to explore books and resources anytime. Our Children’s Department has several open play areas with toys among the stacks, and a separate infant/toddler playroom with a play kitchen, blocks, cars, barns, board books and classic picture books. Most children leave under protest! Franklin County Library System has a YouTube Channel that includes Mother Goose on the Loose laptime episodes and Family Place: Parent Talk programs with information and resources.
