Our library is situated in an excellent location area wise. With smaller libraries in the area many people from outside our service area come to our library. The two main reasons that parents give for coming are: 1. We have a Family Place and provide toys and activities for children. 2. Our collections are bigger and parents have a bigger selection of books. We provide outreach services to those that cannot come to the library. We go to the school for after school and classroom activities. We are visiting ten different preschools and daycares. Parents come to the library as a destination, to spend time with their children and enjoy the activities that are provided for their children. We use STEM activities in our Toddler and Preschool Discover programs.
