Round Rock Public Library

The Round Rock Public Library has a long-held reputation for its strong children's programming and dedication to families. Since becoming a Family Place Library, it has amplified this reputation. Since opening our early learning area, families attending early childhood programs stay afterwards to play and socialize. The nearby board book and parenting collections have substantially increased in use. The brochures and other resource materials on our Family Place slatwall need replenishing often. Our parent/child workshop series has proven to be effective, with several children referred to agencies. While our library has always had strong community partnerships, Family Place has taken it to a new level since we now connect with many more non-profit agencies. Overall, we're honored to be a member of the Family Place network of libraries.
