Belmar Library - Jefferson County Public Library

Belmar Library's Family Place area continues to be a popular destination for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and their multi-generational caregivers. All toys are rotated once a month to keep the space fresh and inviting. The outdoor Discover Together space is well-used and gives us more options for messy activities and free play. Attendance at story times has returned to pre-pandemic levels; we also offer Let's Dance (a movement-based program) and Discovery Play (a child-led exploratory program) for our littlest patrons and their grown-ups. Belmar Library is uniquely situated to provide early childhood resources and personal attention to a diverse range of families in a busy urban environment.
