Our Family Place program is called Play, Learn & Grow.  We host workshops in the fall and spring each year.  We offer three other programs geared toward this patron population. Preschool Storytime - Sensory Play includes sensory activities for children and parents to enjoy together along with the traditional stories and songs. Preschool Storytime - Music & Movement includes both traditional songs and stories with various activities and yoga to get everyone's wiggles out in both creative and constructive ways. Baby Storytime includes a story, song, and playtime for parents and their babies. We have several areas in our youth department that are specifically geared toward supporting young families. Near our Parenting section we have our board books and developmental toys for our youngest visitors. We have two magnetic stations with shapes and letters as well as our ever popular train table. The room adjacent to the Children's Room is called the Creation Station.  It contains giant foam building blocks in addition to many other building materials, Play-Doh, craft supplies and games.
