Eva K. Bowlby Public Library

The Eva K. Bowlby Public Library hosted four Parent/Child Workshop Sessions over the course of 2024, and partnered with some new Community Resource Professionals from the Greene County Family Center and the Early Learning Resource Center. We also added a broader variety of programs for young children, including Yoga and Movement Storytimes, and Messy Art. The Children's Department is a bright and welcoming environment for families, with cozy areas to read or play together. We've also kept up a steady rotation of passive programming activities, from collecting handprints into a giant turkey tail to distributing activity packets from WQED's Inquire Within Program.
